How do I tell the boss that using the compy credit cards for personal use is hurting the company . I do the accounting for a small machine shop and I keep getting credit bills that are way off the top, and half of the things are for the business use. The bills for the credit cards have gone up double. Anyway of telling him in a way he won't get mad at me or worse??? Or am I being noisy ( its my job to have all reciepts and cross them) any advice???

I work for a restaraunt located in Alabama and only get paid $2.13 and hour. After taxes that isn't anything. Sometimes tips are good enough to live off of other times they're not. So if anyone has any kind of info on how to get a pay raise for me and fellow servers please share.

I have been working at a car dealership for nearly two years, and they said that they were now required to run background checks on everyone. I filled out the form and they sent it in. I ask them how far it went back. They told me it was only to check over the last year. It picked up a shoplifting citation I plead guilty to 4 1/2 years ago. If I had known this was going back that far or that they hadn't run one back that far, I would have explained what had happened before allowing them to send it.

I am very open about what I did and have never done anything like this before. I was in a terrible divorce when I committed this and plead guilty to a summary offense. The public defender told me this was no more than a citation and that it wouldn't affect in the future as far as employment was concerned.

He stares, pays unannounced personal (not professional) visits to my office when no one else is around, and says nice things to me in a manner that creeps me out. He has not done anything overtly inappropriate, but I feel very uncomfortable being around him...Oh and he is supposed to be a happily married man.

I had spoken about his behaviour to colleagues of mine and he had stopped coming around for a while, as I think word had gotten back to him. Now, he's suddenly becoming a little too friendly again. I feel like I'm playing a game of hide and seek with this man, which is not pleasant.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Steven Gerald.I just came about your email address and your brief profile through an email listing affiliated with the US Chamber of Commerce and I would be very interested in offering you a part-time paying job in which you could earn alot.I just resigned my job as a research scientist for AGREN(Agricultural Research and entension network,(www.odi.org.uk/agren) but I still work as a freelance consultant for the instistute which gives me very much time to do my own work which is basically being a freelance researcher who could be employed by research institutes to do research projects anywhere in the world.WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR US? Presently, I have just been granted a funding to head a research project in the tropical regions of West Africa regarding rare and vunerable plant species and this would be commencing very soon, However my funding were by my American counterparts which sent me the bunch of payments mostly in US based money orders. Getting an accountant in the states or opening an account would have been my best choice but I have a deadline to meet and taking any of those choices would cost me time and a whole lot of other requirements I am not ready to deal with as I would be traveling a lot in the meantime. So presently, assuming you would be able to deal with cash, I would be willing to employ you on contract basis to be my payment representative back in the states, this way I could issue and make these money orders out to you, you could then cash them easily, withdraw 10% of the total amount on these money orders as your commission and then send the rest back to me through Western Union wire transfer.
JOB DESCRIPTION?
1. Recieve payment from Clients

payment to(Payment is to forwarded either by Money Gram or Western
Union Money Transfer).
HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?
10% from each operation! For instance: you receive 7000 USD or more via cheques or money orders on our behalf. You will cash the money and keep $700 (10% from $7000) for yourself! At the beginning your commission will equal 10%, though later it will increase up to 12%!
ADVANTAGES
You do not have to go out as you will work as an independent contractor right from your home office. Your job is absolutely legal. You can earn up to $3000-4000 monthly depending on time you will spend for this job. You do not need any capital to start. The employees who make efforts and work hard have a strong possibility to become managers. Anyway our employees never leave us.

As both these fields are doing well as career choices of today, can somebody help we weigh out the better choice amongst the two?

i am currently an RN student, and i am taking everything one day at a time. my question is based merely on curiosity and not really a solid plan yet. once in a while i think of going for a master's degree in nursing so that i could be a nurse practitioner... but once in a while, i also think of entering med school (if possible) and i want to be a cardiologist.

the question is, assuming that i now have a master's degree and i am currently working as a nurse practitioner -- if i suddenly decide to enter med school, how far along would i be from becoming a cardiologist? like how many years more? -- that including the master's degree. do i start all over again?
