he is a pig.at 5:00 hes drinking,drunk by 8, and this is a office. naked women calenders on his desk , lazy, takes credit for others work. he is a boss and we know more than him. thinks its funny to make fun of me, i feel like im in 5th grade again, but i do stick up for my self but it doesnt seem to do anything but let him know that his teasing bothers me. as we speak right now the main boss is in from out of town and im listening to him give the biggest bull ive ever heard. i think his head might xplode.someone help me. there are no options of going to a higher boss and complaining. i thought about calling in a drunk driver one night when he leaves the office i know that would get him fired. it has to be something like that because he is the boss. hheeeeeeeelllppp

I hate to say what everyone else is saying but you REALLY need to find another job. Good luck to you. There are always a**hole bosses. My husband's dealing with one too so I feel your pain.
P.S.- TURN HIS BUTT IN FOR THE DRUNK DRIVING BEFORE THE IDIOT KILLS SOMEONE.

Go ahead and report him as a drunk driver. This will let the head office know there's a problem. Do it as an anonymous caller and DO NOT mention it around the office or you'll be fired.

Get used to it girlie. I learned a long time ago that people NEVER grow up. That 5th grade atmosphere that you envision will not change when people put on a suit and tie. Do call the cops on him. If YOU'RE not allowed to drink on the job, then the SOB should be taken down. Trust me get rid of him. Otherwise he'll be a thorn in your side forever>>

Have one of the gals in the office file sexual harrassment charges with the EEOC for having naked women in the workplace. Or you call them or HR and tell them you're in a hostile work environment. There is ALWAYS a higher-up you can go to.

Starts documenting EVERYTHING and call an attorney. This is called sexual harrassment in the work place and you DO NOT have to put up with it.
