What I would like to know is:

What all is required before you go to law school? I have heard so many different things.
Can you take classes on line, and if so, where?
And any other details you may want to share.

I know nothing about the risks that are involved with him going overseas, and how China runs their government, and what that means for him..any thoughts? I mean financially, we will be taken care of, he'll be in a 4 star hotel and such...and it is for the US Embassy..they can guarantee safety right? I know nothing is 100%, but..it is the US Embassy... I just have no knowledge at all about this matter. What about bird flu? and sars?...the government? It will be located in Beijing, China.

I did this job for a designer. He still owes me $100. I believe he got upset because he got his drawings later than he expected. It was his own fault also because he always kept canceling our meetings. I canceled 2, he did it 4 times. Anyways I finally finished but when I tried calling him, he says he will return my call but doesn't. He asks me to send my invoice after complaining, but then just ignores me for another 2 weeks. I have proof that he knows what I am talking about because we communicated through e-mail. Any suggestions as to how to get my $100 from this a-ho@#?

I have worked in a factory for 16 years (since I was 19). I run an injection molding machine that makes plastic parts. At the factory I work at we make knives- Ginsu knives, Pampered Chef knives, American Angler electric fillet knives. We also make vacuum cleaner parts for Kirby and Oreck. Just wondering if anyone else works in a factory.

What fields offer flexibility, and decent pay? Or work at home positions? I'm a single mom, and a part time student. I have a full time job, but it's 11pm-7am, and it's so exhausting. I'm trying to review my options, but don't really know where to look. So, I'm looking for ideas...please post any advice or suggestions you might have, even if you think they're non-traditional or silly.

In other words, what jobs should someone persue or get education for that may pay off enough to say, buy a nice house with a custom kitchen, a luxury car, and kids without being in debt through the nose?

Let's just leave fulfillment and passion for ones job out of this equation for now.

I am going to grad. school. What websites can I go to - to find a good paying job? Right now I make 62k a year, what should I expect to make over there? What are some of the staffing agencies and their ## to find me a job?

I have saved up enough money to pay my rent and bills while I get situated. I plan on living in Frisco or Addison.

I am trying to type up my resume and I am at the "skills" section. I have an idea what I want to put but I am not sure how to make it sound professional. If someone could give me an idea what to put I would appreciate it. Here is a few things about me that may or may not be put in my resume:
I can type, but I can not type very fast.
I have some computer skills.
I am friendly.
I work hard to get the job done
I am professional when answering the telephone.
I like to help customers.
I am creative (writing/art)
I have a clean criminal record.
This is the first resume I have ever made, so this is all completely new to me. I am working retail right now but I am hoping to get out of that position. I have never attended college but I don't think that should make it more hard for me to get a job that i know I am qualified for
Thanks, everyone for your help!
