I would say corporate Chief Executive Officers. They get paid the most, and other people do all the work.
If you're a Sky Marshal, you get paid to sit in airplanes, and will probably never see a terrorist in your entire career.
If you live in Alaska, you get a check every year just for being an Alaskan...
