I think I would really excel in this positon. I am very proficient in muti-tasking and organized and efficient and I think I would be able to really make use of all of these skills as a medical secretary. I have excellent work ethic, punctuality and excellent customer service skills. I feel that this position would contribute both to my personal and professional growth and that this practice has a lot to offer me and that I in return have a lot of positive traits to bring to this practice.
Always bring a resume that says references available upon request. MS Word hsa resume layouts and you can search the internet for how to make one - if you don't have one yet - it is really easy. Always shake hands and send a thank you fax thanking them for taking the time to interview you and restating your strong points and also your interest in the job. Close it with I look forward to hearing from you with your decision.
Make sure you ask them for their business card so you will know the fax number.
If you are asked what is your flaw answer something like - sometimes I am a perfectionist or something that is really an asset - it looks good.
Good luck!

That is simply asking you to tell them how you heard about the job and what you know about the company.
the more you know and the more you sound positive about the company the more chance you are of getting the job.
so do a little research on the company before answering the question.
Just remeber to start with something like I am motivated to apply for this position because i have heard great things about your company and would loive to be a part of the business. or words to that effect.
just word it however you see fit that sums up how much you want to work for that company. try including some ofg the things you know about the company in your answer.
this will as i said above show that you already know a little about the company and will make a good impression on the person or people doing the hiring.
remember to be honest though. fakes will soon be found out during the actual interview which means you will not get the position applied for. or if you do get the job and are found to have lied on your application they have grounds to terminate you within the normal trial period that some companies have (the first month or so to see if you and the company will work well together).
remember to use clear concise english grammer and spelling. no abbreviations all long handed and properly spelt with correct grammer and punctuation.
I know i have lost many an interview for poor gramar, punctuation and bad hand writing on an application form.
anyone reading this with an english degree would probably spot several mistakes. but that is life no one is perfect, that is why the boffins invented/ created spell check and in word 2003 the grammer check with spell check, i'd be lost on offical letters and forms with out that facility, as i had one of the worst possible educations.
So good luck, and i hope you get the job you really want and spend many years with the company progressing to managment over time.

Surely you, yourself know the answer to this. Word it differently for example "Why have you chosen this one, instead of another?" "What does this job offer you that others don't" That's basically what it's saying. "Why THIS job?" Surely there musta been something that kinda made you go "oh, I'm interested in that". Y'don't usually see a job title for a medical secretary advertised and say to yourself "Oh, I'm gonna apply for that, just for the hell of it". Can the job help you in any way? And what do you feel you can bring to the job that the next applicant may not be able to.
We can't tell you how to answer as we don't know you personally, but hopefully this will help you dissect the question and break it down into terms which you can understand and hopefully come up with an answer for. Good luck.

They are not asking you how you heard about the position - they are using this question for you to reveal a little personality. An ideal answer would be: "I was motivated to apply for this position because I am a people person and I would perform well at a job where I get to have one-on-one contact with people constantly."

I have heard that working for XYZ company is one of the best ways to further my career. I want to be able to help customers, coworkers and managers while simultaneously assisting myself to a rewarding, successful career in the medical field.
Do some internet research about the Hospital, Doctors Office or clinic that you are going to be at. This will give you a huge edge and some talking points.

They are asking how you heard about it-if a friend told you, if you know something about the company, etc. They just want to know how the position was advertised.
