I love my job very much, and I feel I am very good at it. The only problem is that sometimes I feel like I don't interact enough with my coworkers. Due mostly to the fact that I am very introverted and unsure of myself. I get along well with my coworkers and have never had any problems with them. Since I am going back to work after a rather long vacation, I am ready to start over and change the way I go about interacting. Does anyone have any serious advice on how to become more social at work? Serious answers only please.

Shouldn't they define exactly what gesture, expression, slang, words, touch, etc or a combination of those, and under what exact circumstances it constitutes " sexual harassment" instead of taking for granted that a female did not like or offended by a guy? Something that's offensive to one woman may not be offensive to another depending on their upbringing, culture and beliefs. What's offensive may not be offensive to you.

My husband is thinking of joining the army or reserves as an IT specialist. What kind of work do you do in that position at home or while at war? Just wondering as a wife how dangerous is it. What are the chances right now if he were to join either branch with that job of being deployed, and just because you have a job like that does that mean you will not be on the front lines?

My employers have been trying to fire someone for the last week or so. Whenever they try to schedule a "meeting" with this person, there is always some excuse as to why he can't come in. This person also has not been into work a regular day this entire week. I'm pretty sure you have to fire an employee in person so you can give them their final check, but what if this employee keeps evading you? Can you send them the final check via a delivery service (ie Fed-Ex, UPS) so they have to sign for it?

I always change directions, have difficulty focusing on specific tasks and feel depressed with anxiety.I feel that I always look out of the box and neglect my job at work. Is there something wrong with me? if so, what can I do correct this problem that is haunting me daily?

Note : I have been through about 15 different organizations during my career and always look for quick get rich schemes.

I'm a real estate agent, the market has been slow recently due 2 the interest rates rising, so I thought I'd love 2 get a job where I get a paycheck evry wk so I applied at a bank as a teller so I can get the chance 2 move up and learn how 2 do loans, I have an interview monday and i know i'm going 2 get the job i'm bilingual and i've wrked @ a bank b4 but then yesterday I get offered a job as a loan orginator, they make mega bucks except...it's commission 2 so no hourly pay but learning all of that is priceless, still what should I do?....
