My boss said he was going to put me on salary for $675 a week, is that what i get or is it taxed?

That $675 per week would be the pay BEFORE taxes are deducted.

Salary means you are no longer eligible for overtime pay. You will still be taxed.

you will be taxed till you die. and after (the estate tax) ..... do not forget social security deductions...

That will be your gross, not your net.
