..into a house simply by taking over the payments for the person who is having financial troubles. So I sign up and get a listed of houses for which I have to send out letters to let the owners know that I'm interested in purchasing thier home basically for what they owe on it.

It this even legal, and can I even do something like this? The company says that they handle the financing for you once the people agree to it, is this possible? Even if I handle the financing myslef, how do I go about doing this?

put is closer to the expiration date?

So is it that the options are calling for you to be risky, giving yourself less time to get in and get out?

Is there any advantage to buying near the money put options that are several months out? Time would be good...

I'm sending out my college apps and I'm not sure if I need more postage. My friend says each stamp is good for about 3 pieces of regular 8x11 printer paper. Is that true? About how many pieces of paper would seven stamps mail?

Or does anyone know how heavy a letter can be for one stamp?

am i right in the following presumption
An audit is planned so work can be delegated and that time is apportioned on each task and so problems are sought after.

They test the internal controls to see the action and attitudes of management to etermine their integrity.
This is done by understanding the accounting sub system, documenting it, evaluating the internal controls using ICQs and finally do compliance testing - (testing it ourselves).
Depending on how good the controls are, we then carry out substantive procedures to check the substance of the financial statements.

After which we issue an audit report based on our judgement and opinion

Am i correct?

See my step father has two childern from a previous marriage and he has been paying child support and stuff for many years. Well, when they got divorced they had and agreement for him to pay the child support directly to his ex wife anyways now all of a sudden she is trying to say that he is behind like 40,000 dollars and that the money that he has been sending her for the past 10 or so years was just a gift and not for child support. Sowe have been trying to talk to the bank to get copies of the checks but they say that there is not a way to get the back checks. We have found around 11,000 dollars worth of check to prove that he does not owe 40,000 how do I get proof of the rest of the amount? And the child support office acts like they don't evev know what they are doing they are basically saying what ever she says the amount is that is what we are going by. Which is bull crap. So, hopefully someone can help me in this delima.

This job is working at my father's job, I would be lifting, driving heavy equipment, and doing more tough physical labor. It pays $17.00 per hour, starting pay. This is a dream come true, in some cases, for me (a 19 year old, and I'm a male by the way).

I enjoy challenging myself, and showing myself what I can do (physically wise). My pay checks would be at least 1,000 $'s every two weeks.

Yet, right now, I have a job at a bagel shop, I make sandwiches, change out coffees, and such, I get paid a nice starting pay (compared to my last job, $ 6.75), I get paid $ 7.50, I started that job about 2 months ago, and they are nice, I also work with people (I enjoy that), and I just settled in. I have a soft heart, so I'd honestly would feel like crap for leaving them, and if this job isn't what I hope it to be, I would be stuck with it, yet I need a job, go to college, and to pay for a cell phone (I want to buy), my pay checks NOW are about $ 400.00 - 480.00, and so, I was wondering ...

What are some well-paying jobs? I'm currently a freshmen in undergrad school, but I'm completely willing to go to prof. school. I just have no idea what I want to do with my life. I want a career that is in demand, or is at least attainable if I get high grades. I also want something that has a high salary if I work hard. What are my options? If you're going to say law, what types of law are best to study?

Before you start; I know, believe me I know.

Moving on, I'm not really worried about catching the person or persons involved, but more worried about my credit and bank account. I'm now overdrafted by 3400 dollars and have no idea how I am going to pay that back. I'm currently a full time college student with a part-time (25-30 hr) job so you can see that paying 3400 dollars within 60 days just isn't gonna happen. I was wondering what I could possibly do to try and come up with that amount of money with some sort of payment plan that I can actually afford (The bank said something like 300$/wk which is WAY out of my pay range). I've been told to get a credit card but that's almost impossible to get that limit allowed on it since I have no credit yet, also has proved the same with the few banks I tried to get a loan from. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I tryed to sell it thu ReMax, but no buyers. There are 4 more condos for sale across the street from me, and 3 more around the corner. Those condos have been on the market for well over 11 months. We took ours off the market because Remax said that we would have to come up with $5, 994.37 at closing. We don't have that kinda money, and this is why we have NO choice but to leave. Why stay and get buried in more debt worse than we aready are?!?

She gets pre-approved cards yet works only part-time for minumum wage. I have bailed her out a few times but this is getting old now. I just paid off Discover and have now discovered that she has maxed out another card for $4500. I do not have the resources to continue helping her. Is there any way that I can stop these cards since she is disabled and receives SSDI benefits???? I had to pay her rent today or she would be evicted.
