its a visa debit gift card i cant get a pin for it

In the U.S. at some post offices you must use your debit card as a pin transaction. Most Gift cards will not work as pin transactions.

Money orders are usually guarantee cash transactions. My suggestion is to use the card to get a cash advance and then use the cash to buy the money order. No PIN would be required for either, but there are likely fees.

Sounds like you have a debit card that isn't yours. Since I have no idea who you are I can't stop you from doing anything. But I can tell you that you are a bad person for trying to steal money from someone.
