Write a letter to the branch and the corporate office of Bank of America....a letter, not just a call will be taken more seriously and it is in writing....I work in customer service and the LAST thing you want is a complaint in writing......I have written to some major corp. for rude customer service and they will resolve it quickly.....

You can call the manager at that branch. You could also go online and get an 800 number and file a formal complaint with the customer service dept.

I'm sure you already attempted to talk to her supervisor to no avail or you wouldn't be asking us. If going up the chain of supervisors doesn't work, contact the Better Business Bureau. I have resolved many numerous complaints through them when the business doesn't get you anywhere. Make sure you have all of your facts, like dates, times, names, available for the report. If the complaint is financial in nature, you can file a complaint with the FDIC as well.

Go to their website and click on "contact". There will be a customer service number and an email address. No one should have to put up with poor service like that. These complaints are what companies want so they can have documentation to terminate problem employees without fear of lawsuits.

Just write to the head office or to a regional branch or indeed to your usual branch (this is where your letter will end up anyway), but don't hand it in to the person you are complaining about, and get a name or a good discription.

Ask for the branch manager, but don't expect much. BofA has about the crappiest and most incompetent help around.
