In CA, is a person who is renting out a home to someone else supposed to provide them with a refrigerator when they rent out the home? I'm most interested in this but I wanna know about the stove, washer, dryer, other big appliances too.. thanks!

i would like to buy some tax liens not as an investment on the actual lien, rather to take ownership of the home do some renovations and sell it, or keep it as a rental unit? does anybody know what the procedure is? please be as specific as possible.
as well how long does it take until all the legal work is done?

I made a settlement with a collection agency to pay a freinds debt for 1500. Even before the agency receives money from me do the pay the creditor (in my friends case which would be citibank mastercar) first before they receive any money from me/ the debitor (my friend). according to my friends credit card statement his debt was paid but i didnt pay anything to the colelction agency yet...what is going on ....did the agency pay the debt and we are responsible for paying back the agency or did the agency or someone else make a mistake? Please help. Thank you.

Ok I want to start a business that at first will be primarily an Ebay kind thing but can grow into more in the future; I know I need a business license but that's all I know. I know of some wholesale distributors that I can order products from, and one thing that I need to know is: can I order these things from the distributor one by one or do I have to buy everything in bulk? was working as a nursing assistant for aprox 3 months thennoticed pain in leg which got worse anyway ended up having major back surgery the thing is I am only 34 and have a family, I was covered by income insurance protection which I understand will cover 75% of my already pathetic wages, well its oct now and I had op in march all paperwork has been sent in, Doctor says never go back to nursing and I dont know what to do? will I get anything and if so when and whats envolved on their part?

works for a "Think Tank" as an energy analyst? I have a very good friend who is contemplating whether or not to take a position with the International Crisis Group to be based out of Brussels, Belgium and is hesitant on taking the position. how do you write a journal entry if someone pays during the discount period (how do you state the cash they saved? a second question is how do you figure out how much someone owes if for example: If a purchase was made on march 10 for 60,000 (2/10-n30) and they didnt pay until july 18 how would you solve and write the journal entry?

My familiy owns 50% of a business, and there is a business partner who owns the other 50%. Due to health issues the business partner is selling her half. She has decided that when she sells, she is taking the contents of the accrual account and the checking account (and possibly any other savings). This seems extremely wrong, and possible illegal to me. Can anyone tell me if this is in fact something that shouldn't happen, and what we can do to stop it? Thank you very much.

Here the thing. i want to work a regular day job 8-10 hour days. i would like to be in an office if possible. i do not want to be in a classroom for years but i would like say 6-10 months of some kind of training. I would like to not work on weekends and i want to make anywhere between 35-60,000 a year.if you have any suggestions please let me know.

I have been at my job for nearly a year now. There are only four other people beside me, and we enjoyed a fairly close working relationship. However, that all changed about 2 weeks ago. Out of the blue I had two completely unrelated arguments with two different people...one of them my supervisor. Both arguments were non-work related, they were personal and I felt like attacks on me.

The one I really do not care about so much because he was a jerk but the one with my supervisor stings. I do not feel like I trust her anymore. She and I were pretty close, at least so I thought, and she said something pretty nasty that really hurt.

I am pretty young and still learning how to deal with people in the work force. By nature, once I trust somebody I am a friendly, open person. I feel like that backfired on me in this instance.

Do you have any advice on how I can make things better with my co-workers? I am trying to distance myself emotionally, but it is difficult.

I have 2 rental properties both of which are in danger of being forclosed. I have trid to sale and to rent to them to no avail. I have heard of deed in Lieu of foreclosure. How does this work? I do own one other property which has some equity. Will bank take deed in lieu of foreclosure and forgive any remainging debt or will they go after me for any shortage?

I deposited a couple of checks into the atm that scans the checks... no need for enveoples and when I got the reciept, the 200.00 dollar check showed as 20,000. Is there a time frame when the back must take it out or I get to keep it?
