Here the thing. i want to work a regular day job 8-10 hour days. i would like to be in an office if possible. i do not want to be in a classroom for years but i would like say 6-10 months of some kind of training. I would like to not work on weekends and i want to make anywhere between 35-60,000 a year.if you have any suggestions please let me know.

Try a technical school. They can have your certified for good jobs in several fields that pay in that range. Healthcare is one to consider.

You should be able to get an office job with just a year or two of Vocational Technical school. I would guess you could be a clerk, office assistant, bank teller, etc. I suggest contacting a local Vocational Technical school to see what courses they offer. They'll have a lot more suggestions than anyone here can offer. Also, if you're still in high school, talk to your counselor. He/she ought to be able to take your grades into consideration and advise you which careers you'd be able to handle. Above all, think about what you ENJOY doing. Money is important, but if you don't enjoy what you do, you're going to be miserable for as long as you have that job. Good luck!

You can't be an accountant with six months of training. Check with your local community college and technical schools about certificate programs they have. You may find something that way.
If you were flexible with your hours and live near a casino, I'd say to check that out. They pay fairly well and have good benefits.

You want to make 35-60,000??? LOL, you need to go to college if you want to start at 35, why would someone hire you with only little training? Christ, even our secretary in our office has a college education.
