I am a hard worker however told my supervisor that I need more from my job

why do you think you're getting fired from this? if anything perhaps you'll be given more responsibility.

Well, I admire you for saying that to your boss. It can go two ways so I understand your fear. Either they will take it to mean you are soon planning to find a more challenging job OR they will be smart and give you more responsibilities. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Continue doing what your doing and if you are that bored and obviously stuck in a dead end position start looking for another job.

Document everything and watch your p's and q's.
Be extra vigilant so as not to give them a reason to terminate your employment.
Try to avoid drama and try to steer clear of mgnt and supervisors. (Keep a low profile)
