What kind of tax form do I need to fill out for being an independent contractor? I am a referee in Michigan. Have made very minimal but need to claim it. Although probably won't have to pay much because I can write off a bunch. Please help and let me know exactly what to do.

I have found that there are options strategies that anyone can use and make money almost 100% of the time. I've started using just one of them so that I can support my family on a small amount of money and I find myself very much wanting to share the opportunity with people by steering them toward the same knowledge. Yet I find very few people truly interested in the way to make money while at the same time complaining that they can't find a way to.

I'm filling a Gamestop application out, asks me what position I'm applying for.
What would be the name of it?

Stock? Sales? They do it all.

Don't have individual people for that stuff, so what do I put?

Does a wife continue to receive her husband's disability payments on his behalf or does it just dry up when the injured spouse has passed away? I've tried to contact Worker's Comp but their answers are confusing.

Has anyone had a kirby salesman come to your house and when you say you cannot afford the vacuum they still push you to buy it? I had a couple of guys come here to sell me one. Well he did his demo, then i asked how much,,then i said no thank you, then his boss can in my house and would not leave. He asked very personal questions and was so rude. I asked him to leave and he just would not, so finally my husband said please leave and the guy would not listen. Finally I said fine we will buy one. I hate the vacuum, I cannot afford it. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Should I have called the cops?

Last night a piece broke/cracked on the water boiler and our basement flooded (over a foot of water).
I am renting a town home. I called the leasing agent this morning and instantly the manager got defensive
Stating “The maintenance guy stated that someone broke it”!
I wanted to know who? That’s not what was said last night by maintenance.
I have two kids ages 11 & 13 and we’ve been living there for 3 years.
My kids came home from practice and heard the water coming out in the basment and called me at work.
We have a lot of things that was ruined.

Is the landlord responsible to reimburse me for the items that got ruined because of the water boiler?
Is this something that I have to chalk up and suffer?
I don't have renters insurance!

Any tips on meals for one person?

I live alone & I want to save money. I find that sometimes I buy things and they go bad before I get to eat them. It's a waste of cash and good food. I love to cook but it's not always worth it for one person.

Any tips on living alone, managing money and planning meals?
