Between Zazzle and CafePress, Zazzle has the better looking t-shirt in quality and durability. I'd suggest Zazzle.
OR you can go to a local t-shirt printer and have them done. The prices are pretty competitive, especially if you go around asking for a quote from two or three places.

If you want more than say 12, have them professionally done. They will look better and last longer. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a screenprinter :)
