Is the cosigner of an auto loan responsible for the loan if the loan was refinanced by the buyer without the knowledge or consent of the cosigner?

Okay my credit is not very good well my score's are in 539,592,574 and i really want to buy a home ASAP i no there low but then again i no there is people willing to work with me but i just dont no any where i live which is southern california i have a very good job but just looking for some one to finace me!! I have been offered from my credit card company a cash advance up to $20,000 with a .99% APR for one year. with a maximum transaction fee of $75. My idea was to take the money and put it into a money market that will get me around 5%, make the minimum monthly payments, and make several hundred dollars in interest.

I have been considering this and it seems like a good idea to me. I don't need the money, the sole purpose would be to make interest. I don't see any downside here. What do you think? See the terms below.

he was involved with a family business partnership together with his dad and my husband, which is now dissolved- he is now claiming ownership of the ground his doublewide is on. Does he have any grounds? All of the land is in my father in laws name only. The understanding with his dad was that he would leave his land to those children still in the partnership upon his death.

My family wants to start a family business with roughly $15k-$20k of start-up investment. Are these ventures that I see all the time any good? I know that they are pretty good in & of themselves, but if you buy into a franchise or someones route, are they any good? I have seen them for about $10k to buy an existing route. Of course much homework is to be done with it, but just wanted to hear if anyone knows much about these.

I have a couple school loans. However, I have about ten entries from different companies on my report collecting these two school loans. I do not get any mail from these company because of my moves. I don't know who I should contact to start paying them. Is there any free credit help or counseling out there?

My Tax accountant have all my tax papers, He filled for extension in April since he was too busy to file my returns then, a month ago he told me that he will get them done in the next two weeks, and now he is not returning my calls and his office is closed.

Isn't Monday Oct 15th by midnight is the next deadline for filing the taxes?

Since he is not returning my calls, what are my options before the deadline?

Once the deadline passes and since he has all my statements, what should I do as next step to avoid further losses of time, efforts and money??

Should I contact the Better Business Bureau California? should I take him to small claim court? or would I need higher court for more than $5K?

My father is 63 years old and he's is not working anymore.
He had a creditcard debt of about 9000 dollars and I think the creditcard company sold it to the collection agency. What happens when it goes to collection agency? He doesnt have any property under his name. Just a automobile. Can they take his social security check from him, since he doesnt have any income?

will call back but they never do i have even given them my bank details then im told by them a month later that i have to set up the payments i have sent numerous emails and made many calls but get nowhere
today i get a call from them saying they dont believe me and i have to pay the full amount in 7 days even though i have the emails as proof that ive tried to pay its obvious they werent getting the phone messages, its a furniture storage company
and i will pay the full amount if they pick up the calls and the reason i didnt pay today is because i couldnt speak to them properly as im at work
im annoyed that i tried to pay but couldnt and now they are passing the butt
