How long would 1 audio hour take to type (transcription typing) at 60-70 wpm with foot pedal?

It depends more on how often you have to "repeat" to catch what you missed or slow down / stop to allow yourself to "catch up" to the talker. I budget a minimum of 3x the recording length to transcribe.

A minimum of 1 hour. You can't be any faster than the tape you are transcribing. Average talking speed is 90-120WPM so you might add 20 more minutes than the tape length.
