I want to set up auto bill pay. I want $XX.XX to be deducted from my checking and sent to Credit One. However, the name "Credit One Bank" does not appear on their list of payees. Does anyone know if they go by any other name?

Okay I am filling out a letter in compromise for what I owe the IRS and I have to make an offer to them for what I owe, does anyone have any idea what percentage I should offer them, half, 75%, 30%. What will they accept?

I'm now a full time student in college.
I had heard before that you get a higher tax refund if you are? Kind of like when you're working, but underage?

Is it true?
and if it is,
I had a job this year, but i quit when i started going to school. would the refund only apply to the money i made WHILE attending college?

I just found out that my application for a bank of ireland credit card has been refused. Im 19 and just got my first full time job so I decided it would be a good idea to get my first credit card, I only wanted it for doing online shopping on ebay etc. I've been with bank of ireland for 2 years and I have a regular sorce of income now, I still live at home so Im not paying any big bills. I cant understand why they wont give me one, they didnt even say why in the letter. All my friends have them, they are the same age and all at college, they dont even work! so why cant I get one?

ok, im 16, i signed up for an ebay account about a year ago, all was ticking along nicely then they banned me for selling gba rom carts, claiming they are illeagal, which they are not as i bought them myself from a legit shop.

in order to use ebay you sign up to their terms, but this means saying you are 18, which i did, but im not. therefore is the contract not void?

i ask as today an account belonging to a family member at the same address has been suspended, as the house address links it to the other account. if i write to them telling them im not 16, and am in no way connected to the other account, which is completly true, then surely they will have to release the other account, and destroy evidence of the voided account as it never should have exsisted?

I just bought a house from a old lady that had lived there since 1952 the year the house ws built. On the side of my back yard sits the back of my neighbors house. which he has a steel fence put up. He told me that he is going to be putting a new fence up and said that the fence will be coming over into my property five feet taking some of my yard in the process. I work in an ER but now applyng to the library. I am a soc major and want to bracnh out and work iiin education too. Frankly, I am beginning to hate my job in the ER ,just the co-workers really, not the job but I do not want to speack bad of the hospital on an application. My boyfriend and I live together and are very happy....he went to a great high school and took college courses. He worked at a dealership for 6 years while he was in school and that is how we met. He started out as a porter very young and then deatailed cars. He really want to be a service writer at a dealer and poeple keep wanting experience. He has about $8,000 from a family member for school purposes but doesnt know what to take or do. He got bored with the classes he already took which had to do with science. I told him to also look into vocational things because he could always have something to back him up while he figures things out. We want to get married in a year and hes frustrated because he wants a good job or schooling for a job...we just want ideas from you on any vocationals to recomend or schooling.....and any job ideas that you can move up from....Thank you for helping....

Well I am 17 and starting a new job tomorrow, I am working alongside someone on reception answering the telephone and computer stuff, the woman I am working with seems lovely and I know she will help me while I am new.

I dont feel nervous at the moment but think I might a bit on the way there, any tips for me trying to make my first day or week a bit relaxing.
