I currently have been in my home for a year now. My monthly house payment is 786.13/month with home insurance NOT included. I have 2 small kids and one due in a couple of months, my husband is the only one working. We tried to refinance a couple of months ago the only thing that stopped us was we did not have money set aside just in case something happend to hubbies job we can make a couple more payment. we currently have a ARM rate at 11.04 & YES I KNOWOUTRAGES. If we have money set aside now do you think it would be ok to try to refinance again. We have ok credit, i think its in the 641 on my part. we dont have NO defaults on there. Would someone give me some advice on this. Thanks

There average wage is above 90K, how hard is it to fill a bottle with pills. It is not like the old days where they are crushing different compounds together to make medicine. I know it is important not to mix up pills and know side effects but isn't the latter the doctor's responsibility. Also, you used to be able to have a Bachelors in Pharmacy now it takes a Doctorate, it this just so there will be a shortage and raise salaries? I think Medco, which was part of Merck-Medco had an almost fully automated prescription dispenser with less errors than human pharmacists.

I own my own home but he indicates that he shouldn't have to pay for 50% of the mortgage, as he gains no benefit. Is this fair? He pays out approximately 50% of his monthly income to his ex for child support and spousal maintenance. An amount he came up with, not the lawyers. When he has his kids, they come to my house. He wants to get married, I don't, so what would be a fair split in expenses? I'm also looking at adding onto my house as I only have one full bath....how does the added mortgage then get calculated into the expenses...he knows of the addition and thinks it's a great idea...how is this settled? Is money the relationship killer?

I am about to hire an in-home nurse to help with the care of my mother. As I understand it, I (and/or my mom) will be the nurse's employer, so I'll need to have the paycheck/taxes issue taken care of.

Friends have suggested using an accountant, a pay service, or pay software. If anyone has had any experience with this, please let me know which option you would recommend.

Thanks for any input.

My husband said that he heard on glenn beck or one of those crazy talk shows (sorry I think all that man does is try to scare the living shiznit out of people any chance he gets) that the american dollar is worth less than the canadian dollar (fair enough I said this must have happened before everything fluctuates) but according to glenn this has never happened before and it is a sure sign that our econamoy is crashing...so I ask is this true that this has never happened before or is just another one of his scare tactics? If possible could I be linked to acticles on this subject. I have tried a search but came up with nothing. Thanks so much in adavnce.

Today, I got three different scores that stemmed from the same agency (Equifax). Now, I understand there are three different credit bureaus, however, all three scores I am referring to were from Equifax. Online, It was 698. I asked my bank about financing and the score was 654. I called the car dealership about financing and it was 673. Why so different?

The bank told me that they get a score based on a different formula than what was given to me online. So, if every place gets a score based on a different formula, what's the point?

I hate CREDIT!

It's obvious that consumer lending is a very big, profitable business. But I still don't understand how lending money to someone who can't repay is profitable for the lender? Can someone pls explain the economics of this? "Can't repay" means that the person will never shell out any money paying the principal, compounded interest, late fees, overlimit fees, etc.

This sounded kind of odd to me, but I heard a rumor that you can claim moving costs on your taxes. This was a personal move, nothing business related. But, I'd have rental truck fees, hotel bills and gas.

Ok I am getting really nervous now! especialy since no one anwered my last question.... thinking maybe no one saw it...

So, the interview I had Friday went really well, they called me back an hour after I had left and said they were going to come up with a compensation package for me and would get back to me either Friday or today.

So there is 2.5 hours left in the work day..... They have not called?? Should I be patient? Or should I call them? and if so what should I say?
