Ok I am getting really nervous now! especialy since no one anwered my last question.... thinking maybe no one saw it...
So, the interview I had Friday went really well, they called me back an hour after I had left and said they were going to come up with a compensation package for me and would get back to me either Friday or today.
So there is 2.5 hours left in the work day..... They have not called?? Should I be patient? Or should I call them? and if so what should I say?

Wait. They are probably trying to put a reasonable compensation package to you. Just wait. Otherwise, they may have offered the job to a different candidate, in which case, they may still contact you to let you know.
I interview/employ people occsionally and nothing is more annoying than having a candidate call you when you are still in the process of deliberating and deciding who the best fit is. Just know that if you are a good candidate, the interviewer/employer will not forget you. You don't need to stalk them with your interrupting phone calls.

I would follow up late tomorrow. Also, sending a professionally written thank you letter is a good idea. It will give you the opportunity to leave a good impression with them. Even if you do not get this job, they may keep you in mind for the future.

Yes, call them. Say something like you are calling back about the interview and wondered if they had made a decision. Maybe you misunderstood and they want you to call them?

there is difference in listening and hearing,
when they call you,what they said.
you have to remember what they said in your talk.
second do not have fear of contcting the concern person,why because they are not your boss at this time,they may be,,,but if they may be they will admire your behaviour and if thay do not call you than why should you mind...
so call them that you are interstged or say that you have not received any intimation by courier or emil../.god bless you

Be patient .. If they said they were going to call they probably will. Suggestion: send them a thank-you letter for their time!

give them another full day, call them tomorrow around this time if you have not heard from them. they get busy too.
