I have a fantastic resume and is currently employed but need to make extra cash on the side without leaving home. I have tried so many sites but they either want me to pay for a book with no jobs or want me to start a business. I just want to make extra cash from home using my computer skills.

I am enrolled in an MBA program (which is a So-So program) at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. I have completed 1 class out of 12. I am currently working at a Commercial Transportation Insurance agency as a Marketing Manager. I really like my job and the industry; I feel like this could be a career path...and down the road would like to have my own transporation (big trucks) insurance agency. My question is: Should I go after my CPCU or continue to go after my MBA? Which one will be more beneficial within the insurance industry? Thanks in advance for your advice...

Received a $14,000 local check Friday for some overseas merchandises. Checked with my bank and was told 2-3 business days is required for the check to clear. Asked my bank on Wednesday and was told they did not received any notification of NSF so we wire transfer the 50% deposit to the overseas supplier. The following day Thursday we received a call from the bank, the check has bounced!

Is there anything we can do to collect on the bad check?
Material is on order and delivery will be in 5-6 weeks.

Okay, I am very uneducated when it comes to insurance. Until very recently I have been under my parents insurance so I never had to worry about it. I now work in a place that offers Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, a PPO plan. It says that I have a $500 deductible. On some of the things it will say that all I have is a $30 copay, but then on other ones (like non network for example) it will say deductible and THEN $30 copay. Does this mean on the ones where it says deductible then $30 I have to spend $500 before that copay applies, like before the insurance will pay for it? And also, what does "Network" and "Non network" mean?

I'm thinking of renting out my home myself, without the help of a realtor or broker. If you've done that, how did you do it? How did you screen the prospective tenants? I know all leasing contracts are different, but what are the most important things that should be said?

The rent will be high as it is, so I don't want to charge up to satisfy realtor monthly commission.

i pulled it 2 months ago, so i know i can't get it again for free or can i??
there were a few things on there i was wanting to dispute, but i didn't have the time right then and as time went on, i kinda forgot until now that i am appling for a loan. however, i was denied about 4 weeks ago on one thing. i know when you are denied, you can request it for free. also, i have lost my confirmation number from the freeannualcreditreport website.

is there anyway that i can access it again w/o paying for it? and w/o the comfirmation number?

is there a way to request it online since there was a denial 4 weeks ago?

The division manager commends you on your successful improvement to inventory turnover by reducing ending inventory by 20%. He noticed, however, that even though sales are up 19% over last year, income was down by 14%. He is very anxious to hear your explanation.

Do you need an investor? If you don’t get an investor, do you have to pay in full? Or, is it just like buying any other house, making a down payment and then paying a mortgage? As you can see, I know nothing about buying a house. As far as a budget for renovation goes, how do you decide that? Do you need a real estate license to be a house flipper?

I've been in a customer service job for 5 years now and i'm starting to really hate it and bored of it. Also customer service is the only experience i have got, job wise.

I'm looking for a change. I want to work in the public sector or with people but i do not want a customer service role. Can anyone please list the jobs roles that would suit these requirements.

PS - I've applied to many jobs during the summer but have just gotten rejection letters.

I live in a condo, which has taken over 9 mos. to repair, caused numerous of inconveniences; no elevator, no use of the pool no parking stall; we were using another parking lot. Yet, the owners knew it, and they didn't offer to give us a break on the "very high" rent. Is this fair? I have to question there morals & ethics in this...I thought it was extremely unfair. Now that the repairs is almost done, they are raising the rent even higher. What are the legalities in this matter? Do you know?

I really want to go to law school but I would be 38 when I finished. Is that too old to even consider going to law school? Wouldn't it be harder to compete against the 26-27 year olds in the job market?

I'm 18 years old, just finished high school and frequently I find myself on the internet wanting to buy cheap things in the $20-50 range, and I was wondering how and if I can get a $500-$1000 visa. I would probably only touch $100 of it and then keep my card and not use it to obtain good credit.

How would I go about this? I know that you can apply online but I'm not sure how or where...

Also, how long does it usually take to get accepted and get your card.

my building manager has told me on several occasions that he regrets renting me the apartment because of my age.i am 28 years old and everyone in the bulding is over fifty.i never have get togethers or invite people over or have loud parties.he has accused me of having about 10 other people live there which is ridiculous!i have had a total of 3 visitors in the past year.when i come in the building im quiet and do not disturb anyone. he accused me of selling drugs all because i come in and out of the building sometimes late at night. i work to jobs and yes sometimes i get home at midnight and walk right back out to go to the midnight drive true of the 24 hour grocery store if im hungry and got nothing in my apartment.i spoke to the actual building owner and he said that as long as i pay my rent on time and dont wreck the apartment there is not a problem. but the building manager keeps harrasing me! is him having something against my age a type of discrimination?can i file a complaint?
