Anyone know of any? I am used to living near the lake and have to move to San Antonio. Even though I see places with Lake the name, I see no water. What gives and where is the Lake?

thanks,

i lived in san antonio for 18 years and as far as i know there are no actual lakes in the city itself but several that are on the out skirts of the city. Medina Lake and Canyon lake are the most popular and not that far away from the city. Just Google san antonio on Maps and you will see Canyon lake to the North of the city, and Medina Lake to the West. Canyon Lake is the most populated and where some of my friends lived......and on a side note We have the Guadalupe river which is really popular to tube down in the summer. :) hope this is helpful!
