How about..
"Candle Delight's"
"The Candle Bakery"
"The Candle/soap Bakery"
"Candle Kithen"
"Candle Heaven"
"Pleasurable Candles/soaps"
This is all I could think of, and I put a / mark by the word "Candle" because I dont know if you want to just have the word "Candle" in the name or both "candle" and Soap" in the name. I hope this help's you in your nameing of the store, and Good Luck, on your new bussiness, I hope it does good!

Pies, muffins, cupcakes, and ice cream are a lot to try to put into a short, memorable name. How about just Bubbles and Wicks, instead?

name the candles after ice cream flavors, so everyone can light 'ice' on fire
and the soap after food that way you play with your 'food' to get clean,
otherwise, I'd need to know the scents of each and which shape they take for better names...
