Good day,

I'm planning out a new business that will be Incorporated in the State of California. I was wondering if anybody has a few good leads to a loan for a new startup Incorporated Business with no credit history, where the only person behind the corporation has poor personal credit.

Thank you for your help in advance!

I signed a lease which began in August, but due to both my husband and myself accepting jobs in another town, I need to get out. Is there I way for me to get out?
We are both on the lease but I am the only one who signed, does this make a difference?

Too make a very long story short, i cosigned on a car for a family member. The car got repo'ed twice in a year. The contract stated if they repo'ed the car more then one time in a year, they can ask for the balance in full, even if i'm one payment behind, which i was. Once the car got repo'ed the second time, the company said they would give us a certain amount of time to pay the balance off before the car would be sold at a auction. Money was paid on the car, but they sold it anyway because it wasn't paid in full. They ended selling the account to a law firm, and i made payment arrangements with them.I got a copy of my credit report, and the company i got the car from has the account charged off. They repo'ed the car the 2nd time on 8/2005, yet they charged off the account on 9/2005 eventhough we made payment arrangements with them on 8/2005. Is this legal? Does a certain amount of time have to past before a company can charge off a account?

Okay,
here it is...i was audited for my 2005 taxes, i faxed all required documents to verify my dependents..my little sister was the dependent in question...i sent every document to prove that she was my sister, that she lived with me since July of 2005, i payed to keep up with the household..etc,,,Well, the IRS is claiming that the documentation i sent does not provide enough proof. When i filed taxes for 06 i was audited again, i sent everything i had, so the 06 taxes are fine, everything checked out. but instead of getting all of my refund for 06 the IRS kept half of it (for 05) & started sending me notices to pay another $2,500.00 plus penalties & interest...for 05
I have gone to the Tax Payer Advocacy and the same result...i still owe the money (that i cant pay)..so the lady at the Tax Payer Advocacy tells me sorry ..and asked me if i would like to appeal the case?
Do i appeal or get a Lawyer?are these Lawyers expensive?
it really upsets me cause i did everything legit? :-(

Bond's 756th homerun ball.......The guy that caught has been told by a couple of people that he would be taxed just for holding onto it.

How is this legal? Shouldn't he be taxed when he sold the ball, as income tax I suppose, rather than being taxed just for holding on to it?

I was an underwriter for mortgage company for over 10 years and would like to change career due to instability in the industry. Being an Actuary sounds very appealing . I have masters degree in finance and experience in analysing financial statements. However I don't remember much about Statistics, Calculus, lineal algebra and differential equations. How hard it to pass the test? Do you suggest any other related field?

I wanted to know if a person owned a s-corp and bought a aged corp with good credit and used it to obtain the funding it needs to invest in like real estate how will the profits be funneled to the parent corp be taxed. I know that an s-corp's income is not taxed while the employees are taxed on the pass thru income. My question is is the profits from subsidiary s-corp passed up to the parent s-corp tax free until its passed to its employees?

If I borrow 15,000 at 10.3% , how much would it cost including interest. Percentages are not my strong point and I keep getting a different figure. It's driving me nuts.

I'm looking for a IRS, DOL, SSA or other level of authority that describes the situations where it is absolutely necessary to give an SSN. I'm fairly sure it is part of an IRS publication, but I cannot recall which one.

Thanks.

Irresponsible question I know... but I wrote someone a check and my check register is obviously off, because when I checked my online statement - the check cashed, but I'm now in the negative. Does the recipient of that personal check know that the funds weren't all there?

My family and I just moved from this really "great" place in the Middle East. It had no tax, my dad got a little bit more money than America, and he worked for 9 hours or so. When we came to America, my dad works for KBR and earns a little less than the Middle East, we pay tax, and my dad works for 12 hours or so. What do you think we should do? Go back or stay here? Thanks for your advice!
