I love writing, I am sure I would be good at copywriting, I don't have a degree right now and I don't really want one. If I must get a degree what should it be in? Is just an Associates fine? How do you find copywriting jobs and is it good work?
I would imagine networking would be important, but how do you find these people to network with and hire you!?
Thank you!

I got married in May 2007. I will be starting a new job September 2007. Should I change my tax status and information from single to now married? Or can I just wait until January 2008 to change all of that? Should my husband do the same at his current job too?

I am scared to death. A few months ago, I discovered I was in trouble financially. I am 26 years old and have no idea how I'm going to survive. I had to take out a loan to pay off my credit cards which I had to use to pay for school and school related expenses. I now have a monthly loan payment, standard "living" expenses, gas, rent, car maintenence, insurance. I don't know how I'm going to survive.

Please, I know a lot will say to get a second job and I want to do that more than you know. The problem is, and I don't expect you to understand, that I still live with my parents and I have a dad who doesn't know about my money problems and can never know. There is no way I could hide a second job from him.

My dad is my hero, but he lives in the past with his thinking. He thinks of how things were when he started out and doesn't really understand how things are drastically different in today's world, financially. Being so young, not living on the street seems next to impossible.

This is like my 10th question. I was told last Tuesday that the underwriter was giving my loan a final review. I found out yesterday they wanted more information, an old W2 from a job from 05, a bank statement, a pay stub and a letter stating I hadn't paid any rent. I sent them the stuff today and was told I should hear something this afternoon about being clear to close....of course, I did not. Is this normal?

I manage a small company and today I checked someone's IM history because there was a lot of negative office politics I was hearing about. Another employee saw me and told the employee. I actually did tell the employee that I checked her IM history and she at that time told me another employee had told her already. Now I feel gulity and feel like I have nourished a paranoid and distrustful environment. Was it okay to do this if I knew this person was spending time on IM simply talking about co-workers and causing strife or what can I do now to correct the guilt I feel and create an environment where employees feel comfortable sharing their problems openly.

After 3 grueling days of my audit interegation, I recieved a letter that stated that their conclusuion was that I was owed $1,456,839,124. 23. Should I tell them that, while I make a nice living, I can't see how I could be owed over a billion dollars.

I suppose I could tell them, but the check should be here in a few weeks.

Should I just cash the check and run to Canada? Maybe I could leave them the 23 cents.

I was approved for a loan by a mortgage broker. The closing date is set for September 14th.

My info is in an underwriters hands, and I hear it can be tough to get their approval. Does anyone know the reasons why someone would not close on a house?

Is there a type of loan that does not require the customer to pay monthly installments and just one lump sum when the loan matures. In other words, is there an exact opposite to a Certificate of Deposite? Thanks for your answers!

I have about $55,000 in a portfolia managed by advisory services for mutual funds. I am retired and only reinvest the dividends and interest. I use this money for emergencies or extras only. Should I use an advisory service or stop paying these high frees. How could I invest in another service or what could I invest in? I don't have very much knowledge in investing, as you probably can tell.

I have a 1 1/2 year employment gap since my last job. I have read different suggestions for handling a gap, including putting it on the resume, in the cover letter, or just wait to explain it in an interview.

I took time off for educational reasons completely unrelated to the type of job I'm seeking. My work background is in customer service, so I'm looking for a customer service job to pay the bills. I left my last job in Oct 2005 for educational reasons--I took time off to take music lessons so I can be qualified to go to college for music after my husband gets done w/ law school. Obviously these skills have nothing to do w/ customer service so I'm reluctant to explain it in my resume. Should I put it in the cover letter or is it just so irrelevant that I should just wait to explain it in an interview (which I may not get)?

There's also the suggestion to change the resume to a functional format, but I also read that some employers don't like that format at all.

are online surveys really what they say they are? Because i'm 17 and i'm looking to earn some extra cash just to have and spend on my own. My parents don't want me to get a job because i'm a senior in high school this year and grades are important to get into college (which is understandable). so are they worth the time and do they actually pay you?

thanks
BDD

Even Studios are $200,000. Should I wait? I'm being told to wait til the end of 2008.

So I quit my job because my boss and I weren't on the same level. We got along but the learning process wasn't there. She constantly pointed out my mistakes in front of the group and so forth. I quit on good terms-2 week notice and with excellent references. I've been unemployed for 2.5 months now.

My answer to Why did you leave is: I left because I didn't feel that I was provided with the adequate training and support that I, as a new associate, seeked. It was hard for me to progress in my work and with the company.

What can my answer be to why did i leave without having another job?
