If a stock is trading on the Pink Sheets or the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, a "PK" or "OB" will be added to the stock symbol. ..
It is a penny stock so OB is Over-the counter Board

It means its trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board quote system. If it trades in the Pink Sheets it will have a .pk
