Does anyone have a standard Agency agreement type form between two companies that can be adapted to suit. I know there are companies on the Web that you can pay approx £35.00 for but I am just starting out and funds are limited or are needed elsewhere, can anyone email me a copy?

As with any investment, I understand there are risks. However, I am seriously considering taking the online training course offered by Forex on Currency Trading. It seems too easy to make money and I believe there must a catch. I'm only going to invest what I can afford to LOSE! But I would love to hear from someone already trading or have traded!

I have a dual citizenship and after graduating from a U.S. school, I was offered a job by a foreign company to work in that country (the one that I am also a citizen of). The job started in Aug. and I had not worked (and therefore no income) before that. I don't know how long I will work for the company but I'm pretty sure that I will not return to work in the U.S. in the foreseeable future. I do not have income earned in the U.S. and have no residence in the U.S. either. All the income comes when I'm abroad, but I'll only be here for 8-9 months (and only 5/12 of this tax year) when I file the tax return next year, so will I be eligible for the foreign earned income exclusion next year? And if not, will I get tax refunds the year after that when I will probably have worked abroad for over 16 months and will definitely have no problem claiming the exclusion?

There is a company called Nutracea and there stock is currently at 1.93 . NutraCea, a health-science company, engages in the development and distribution of stabilized rice bran and proprietary rice bran formulations. Its products include food supplements and medical foods that provide health benefits for humans and animals based on stabilized rice bran, rice bran derivatives, and the rice bran oils. The company's customers include consumer nutrition and healthcare companies, domestic and international food companies, and companion animal feed manufacturers. NutraCea was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. They are building plants all over the world to stablize rice and this is supposedly a hot stock that will rise quickly due to the popularity of rice around the world. Any advice.

We're paying cash for a house out of foreclosure. To negotiate with the bank we're going to include the house inspection report with our offer. We're hoping to get $ taken off since there is structure damage they are underestimating (bottom of back of house in the basement has a crack from top to bottom).

If we include an appraisal, would that tell us the market value as is with all the problems it has?

Wonder if anybody could help?

I'm a sales rep, and I have a senior manager out with me tomorrow, going around a few of my scottish accounts.

I generally start by presenting the business and profile of my territory.

I want to put a one pager in on Scotland with a few bullet points covering general factoids i.e

* Population - in comparison to the rest of the UK
* General comments on the Scottish economy
* Types of industry

Just wondered if anybody could give me some help advice on what to include?

I don't need chapter and verse - just a few ideas would be really useful.

Many thanks

Boris
