By using a fake name and D.O.B is considered fraudulent. Why don't you just pull your finger out and work a couple of jobs, and learn to live within your means

This is fraud, if you get caught you will be in big trouble!

You need to provide correct name, date of birth and address, if you just make make it up, it will not match and there will be no credit file for the details you have provided and so you won't get a loan.

It is the person who gets blacklisted not the address. It is a myth that your rating gets affected by your home address, I read this on Experian website.

Look into your credit report and see what you can do to improve your rating. Visit Experian website to view your report.

If you have alot of debt and cannot afford to keep up with the monthly payments, instead of looking at another loan, look into setting up a debt management plan. Visit www.payplan.co.uk , they offer this service free of charge and contact your creditors for you.

There are companies out there who offer loans to people with poor credit rating but the interest rates are a joke and end up putting you in a lot more debt. Don't do it!

To get a loan they check your personal details address name, and dob for the last 6 years.Even if you change your date of birth or use a false name it makes no difference you still have to prove a credit history for this length of time.If lenders are suspicious you wont get a loan anyway.By the way it is fraud to obtain credit under a false name or dob.

Its the person not the house but even if you gave false name they want your national insurance number - that way they can check if your are genuine. Although its the name that comes up I recently applied for one in maiden name and was told no because there was someone at my address with credit problems?

I don't get it. You have a bad credit rating and now you need (want?) another loan. That's what got you into this state in the first place. You need a reality check - if you can't afford it, you can't have it!

you cant lose what you dont have. dont borrow just get yourself deeper in debt. if you face foreclosure it is better to sell it and get what you can and pay all the debt you can rather than have the bank forclose and take it from you . If they forclose you lose all if anything that you put into it including any equity you might have had from payments and appreciation since you bought it some of which might settle your outstanding ballance and you can start again fresh.
