a fire destroyed records. IRS auditing big time. Drove for company independently for 7 months in 2001. no recolection of what mileage and gas. anyone doing same work estimate how much one would use?

I currently work in Macys (Cosmetics Dept) I make $11.00 plus commission.

I got a job offer from a jewelry store to make $14.00 per hour.

I have been working for Macys for about 8 months now and I dont have much stress.

I am scared to change and then not like it and lose it all.

What should I look at before changing?

The income tax equation is...... income- taxes-compliance dollars = spending
The Fair Tax equation is.... income = spending + taxes+ compliance dollars, so here we are taxed on new items only and get back the compliance costs.

I am a home owner. I went on my city's website to find information about my home and the sales date of which my home was sold prior to my purchase. What does it mean when it says " terms of sale" and under the "terms of sale" it reads " NA- Not Acceptable and "Arms Length" ?

I know how the process works, but my situation is that I was in OK, thats where the suite is filed by the American Express Blue, but I work in TX now.

1- Can I tell them that I dont work anymore do a search.
2- Since the case is filed in OK district court, can they enforce a TX based company to get the wages garnished?..

In 2004 , I was admitted to the ER in another state and then stayed in the hospital for 2 days. I had health insurance , but I was surprised with 2 collection accounts in 2005 (from the
hospital and an Xray doctor).
The major surprise is NOW. After about 3.5 yrs , I see a major derogatory new account on my credit report for a bill sent by a physician in this ER and of course reported by a collection agency, The amount reported is about $460!!
I spoke with the collection agency and I told them I didn't know about it but they were extremely not cooperative.

How can I remove this collection form credit report ?
I understand that I may have to pay it(Although I didn't authorize it ! ) but I want to make sure that it is totally removed form my credit report as a derogatory account after that.
Please advise...

I live in a basement suite. I went away for 3 weeks and asked my landlord (who lives upstairs) if she wouldn't mind watering my plants while i was gone. When i moved in (my place was fully furnished) there was a few pictures hanging on the wall,really ugly ones the kind you'd find in a 70's rec room. So needless to say ive hung up my own plus a few more. She now tells me that each one of the holes (little pin holes) ive made will cost me 5 bucks when i move out. Now that seems a little outrageous to me..any thoughts?

I did a full weave for $75 which is below normal rates.The client was very demanding wanting me to take her home after I did her hair.She found a ride but her ride rushed me to finish her hair. 3 weeks later she called me and told me that her tracks were lifting so i told her no problem! I will fix it for her.We set an appointment for a few days later on a Friday.Friday came she didn't show up or call me.I called her several times and didn't get a return call.She then started calling me again the next week.She didn't leave a message untill the following week saying I've been avoiding her calls and she need to talked to me about her hair.I called her back and explained to her that I am very busy and I lost money on Friday waiting for her.I asked her what happened Friday and she said she didn't have her phone on her.I told her that I would do her whole head over for a discount.she yelled and complained she didn't have any more money 4 me.Now she's calling me again wants me to do her hair
