You are still liable for the loan.
When you say taken, I assume you mean repossessed. Your car was probably sold at auction and hopefully some of that amount was applied to the principal of the loan. You still owe the balance. Get a lawyer or credit counselor to help structure the payments and perhaps restructure the total liability.

It is unfortunate that happened to you. That's why it is so important NOT to let your car be repossessed. The lender rakes you over the coals in fees and exorbitant costs related to the repossession and selling of the vehicle.

They take what you still owe them, deduct the price they get for selling the car to someone else, and you owe them the difference. PLUS they add the cost to have the car repoed, towing charges, storage fees, seller fees to have a firm auction off the car, commissions to the reseller, all kinds of fees. AND they charge you interest on that amount till it is paid off!

You can lose your car and still end up owing almost as much as you did when you had the car! And there's nothing you can do but to pay on the loan the best you can.

There is always bankruptcy, if you really can't make the payments. If you get too much behind, they'll take you to court and have the monthly payments garnisheed out of your pay check.

Your question is unclear. Who took your car and what happened to it? What is Ione? If you owe back taxes interest and penalties will be charged until they are paid in full.
