I currently work in Macys (Cosmetics Dept) I make $11.00 plus commission.

I got a job offer from a jewelry store to make $14.00 per hour.

I have been working for Macys for about 8 months now and I dont have much stress.

I am scared to change and then not like it and lose it all.

What should I look at before changing?

When changing jobs it is not enough to just take the job offering the greatest salary. You should always weigh-in on those non-tangible factors that contribute to the comfort you have in your current position. For example, commute time, benefits packages and associate relationships that you may have established, are all factors that should be reviewed before you make the plunge. Also, think about the promotional opportunities in both roles. Where can you go at Macy's, at the Jewelry store, etc.

Weigh your options. Because you have only been at Macy's a short while, and you don't want to appear to be a job hopper, because it can weigh negatively on your resume, you might want to hoof it out at Macy's for a while longer just to develop more experience. I hope this helps.

first of all : It is a 21% increase.
If you work 5 hours at the new place, or 6 hours at macy's; you are still better off at the new place by a few dollars.

New jobs can give you experience in other areas too which can lead to better jobs, better pay, etc
I'd take the new job.
