I began a new employment almost 5 months ago. I had an young immature, super stubborn, cocky programmer who lacked the basics and didn't do things in a proper manner. When I talked to a "lead" guy about it, he didn't care and didn't want to get involved. The "lead" guy pretty much didn't care, and all he wanted to do was hide behind his monitor and be left alone.

So, in trying to do the what's right, I got stabbed by these incompetent guys.

Does anyone have similar experience in trying to do really what's right and got blamed for it?

I got a letter today the 10th saying i have until the 15th to move my vehicle that doesn't work or they'll tow it at my expense. It is their rental property and they had some conversation with the home owner's association so I'm assuming they have the right to tow it off their property, but they say they're taking it to a junk yard. Can they take it there? Doesnt it have to go to impound or something? They have no way of knowing that the vehicle isn't in working condition, although the front end is smashed because i wrecked it. If I move it to the street, will it be considered public property and can i circumvent that. Can I charge them with anything if they remove my property from their property? what's my best course of action on this?

America's love affair with spending money they don't have has come back with a big fat solid bite on the backside.
The credit markets are in a panic, cards like capital one are now DOUBLING the interest rates for many of their customers.
The sub-prime mortgage plan has now guaranteed bankruptcies will hit a all-time record. As will foreclosures.
And now, the Chinese, silent and patient until now, are beginning to wield the economic power they've been building up over the past few decades.
They have collossal levels of cash, most of it in US funds and they know how to use it.
Trust me, america has had this coming for the past little while. And I for one will sit back and laugh.

I missed tons of school and work, and had to drive an hour to the dentist each time.

Insc. only offered me 1500 for my settlement. Am i getting screwd?

I'm sick of getting the shi# end of the stick, and I've decided that I'm going to lie on my resume. I've seen too many idiotic people get a job that pays way better than what I'll ever make just because they have a college degree. I don't have a college degree YET, but I'm getting straight A's in school, and I have a lot of work experience. Does anyone in YA land have experience with lying on their resumes? Any stories about how you lied and got the job as a result? I really need some encouragement! I'm going to apply for a business analyst position and think I have all my bases covered. I've even made some fake transcripts with a seal of the college printed on them. I doctored the transcripts with my name by using real ones. I'm aware of the possibility that an employer will do a background check on my education qualifications, but they do that BEFORE they hire someone. So, I'm still employed; therefore, I have nothing to lose, right? Should I lie on my resume, or be more patient?
