I get emails and read online about companies, like Lexington.com, that claim they can repair your credit report, "permanently remove negative items off your credit report". Of course, they charge a 99.00 start up fee, and then 79.00 a month. Considering a credit report can stop you from getting a loan, stop you from getting credit of any kind, it can stop you from getting a job. I wonder if anyone here on Yahoo Answers has tried this and if it really works? Thanks in advance for all your answers

Has anyone heard about a company called Kabco Builders? Their website is www.kabcobuilders.com. One of the manufactured home dealers here where I live is selling their homes. Thanks for any information that can be offered. We are looking to purchase a doublewide within the year and are really studying each builder (reputation and customer service), construction and everything else. This is a very hard and scary investment and reading all the posts on this website has been great. But I was just curious about Kabco Builders. Their website has some interesting information, but it is kind of vague. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

Right after graduating college with a BA degree in Spanish, I got hired RIGHT on the spot & had an IMMEDIATE job opening for a job as an ESL teacher's assistant. But I heard they only get paid $14,000/yr. The day I was supposed to start work, I called in to quit the job right before I was supposed to come into work & moved from New Orleans, LA to NYC, NY, thinking I would have a better opportunity at increasing my Spanish fluency. In NYC, I found myself homeless & begging for food. I took the test to try to enter NYU's translating & interpreting program & failed it. But the reason why I turned down the job & moved was because of fear of losses & fear of another hurricane like Katrina. I'm now living in North Texas & am sad & depressed because I don't have a job. Many people tell me I shouldn't work because I'll lose my SSI & Social Security benefits & medical insurance & that I'll most likely not get them back. I feel like I went to college for nothing. I can't put my career to use.

I know there are several different taxes. The taxes on gas go to build roads and bridges etc. The tax on corporate gains goes to funding our wars..and etc. But what about federal income taxes? We (Americans altogether) pay out out TRILLIONS each week and yet we have a national debt and today central banks all around the world put money into their monetary systems to prevent a Credit Crunch...why? This purchase I made was my 2nd online purchase on PayPal money transfer. This seller I found online ebay sold me 5 Lacoste polos for $125 and gurranteed autheticity. I got the item 4 month ago and it was from CHINA!!! and it was fake!!! Nobody can find the seller's address because he did a third party business transaction. The dispute has been going on forever.

Paypal didn't care about it and canceled my dispute. Discover Card did not reply to my letter. I am so worried, I need my $125 back. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

The seller is a fraud and he used policies to defeat his buyers. He also ignores my e-mail after previous rude replies. PLease help me. What can I do?

My boyfriend is in need of a place to stay, and I've offered up my place, but would I get in trouble with my apartment since he's not on the lease? Or could I add him as just an occupant without having to have my cosigner sign it? My cosigner is my dad and I'd prefer him not to know.
