it is a street in Hong Kong which sell sport shoes and this street will be soon-to-be-developed

I am a copywriter at a leading web firm. I've been here for over 1 year. When I ask for work, boss says there is work in the pipe-line ; yet to come.

Meanwhile I did an odd job for another department, but that's about it. Even they say they have no work for me now, even though I know there is enough and more work there for me.

Have not been given any work for the last 3 weeks. Whilst other copywriter has been given 2 big projects.

No one says anything bad to me either. Am just browsing the web all day. What is heppening do you think? What should I do?

I'm going to finish school in the near future. For the past 2 years I have formulated ways to borrow money from lender's that don't credit checks (by then end of school I'll have 30k in loans and TONS of medical bills), just to buy cheap houses.. rehab fast and rent to college students.

How can I do this without having a stellar income? Hard money lenders are few and far that will deal in WV. I'd really like to start/raise our family here. Low crime, excellent schooling and it's very diverse because of the university.

I am planning on moving to the Kearny, NJ area. I have one child that will be going to 3rd grade there. Any info on the elementary schools? I also have a toddler. Any info on any good daycares? How about housing? I would be looking for, at least, a two bedroom apartment. I am sure there are some of you that have enough familiarity with the area to be able to elaborate further. This is a serious question, my hubby has been offered a high paying job which is 14 hours drive away from where we (and our families) live and in an isolated community in the desert. There are quite a lot of people living there and I would be able to make friends with the other stay-home-mums there. The thing is I am getting cold feet about it, I am not going to have time off from my daughter, hubby and I wont be able to go to the movies anymore (there is no cinema!) and the main local event is watching footy games and I can't stand football. If we stay in our home his pay will be $20,000 a year less and we will have to support our entire $2500 a month mortgage repayments whereas is we move we earn more money and have a renter in our house and we get subsidised rent for $100 a week. Financially I know it's the right thing to do but I am scared of being so far from the city even though the contract is only 2 years. Would you go?

This is my 1st time renting an apartment and I'm wondering what kind of processes I need to go through? I have two other roomates and they told me that we have to sign the contract TOGETHER in order to rent a house/apt, is that true? Because I will be on a trip the date they sign the contract and I'm afraid that I have to cancel my trip (and I don't want to)...Can they sign the contract w/o me (or maybe I can sign it later)?
