I bought a band for my swiss army watch from RM-works that I found in Google search. I never received my item, and it's been almost a month and a half since I made my order. Tried to call them, but I always get answer machine! wrote emails and never got a response!

How can I force those thieves to give to return my money back!

You have just encountered the big problem with ordering online. They are faceless and you can't go knock on their door. I hope it wasn't expensive. My sister ordered an sorta expensive key chain and they were very slow in getting it to her. They just didn't get around to getting it done after they got paid but finally-it was a couple of months-they came through. Hope they do for you. I'll bet you can report then to either your attorney general or their attorney general, you need to find out. It is fraud to not send you what you paid for. You can go online to your state and they have specifics about filing a claim against a company-or person-and it takes time but they do get around to it. You have to have proof of everything so print out all contact and keep a list of all attempts to contact, follow the guidelines they give you, and you will get some type of response. The attorney general's office here has been very helpful when you talk to them. Go get 'em.
