i got a credit card with a limit of $500. its new so i havent used it yet. i can pay off the bills and wat not but i wanna know if i pay a ps3, an extra controller and rainbow six vegas, will i be able to buy all that or will the company let me pay only up to $500. all that comes to $652.66. can i pay all that on the card, or will they only let me pay $500 with the card and then i gotta pay $152.66 in cash?

I have been at my current position, an assistant in a fashion company since the end of the April. Up until april I have been on the roller coaster of unemployment since last spring.

However, I have no fashion experience up to this point and as I go along, as much as I am learning, I am finding it more difficult. I feel that I have tried and just realized that maybe I cannot do this job anymore. I dont want to give up, but I dont know how much more I can take.

I have started to send out resumes and my question is, when asked about what I have been doing, should I say I was temping or should I list this current position on my resume and explain that I feel that it is just not the right job for me?

I am well aware of the fact that if I fudge the truth and hired somewhere else and the truth is found out, I may go back to being unemployed, which I dont want to do.

Since I obviously make a stupid mistake to start out with by not having an official signed lease, I wanted to let you guys help me out on this situation:
My husband has orders(military) and we need to leave in LESS than 30 days..we haven't given notice yet. There's a military clause in my lease copy (never signed this because they had some other property w/different name on it, and just never rec'd a correct copy from landlord).
So, what rules do I follow in regards to the proper notice necessary since no lease was signed, and this is for military reasons? I'm in Texas.

I make about 400k/year and I am eyeing a home that costs about 1.1million... I have good credit and no other significant costs, but this is my first home purchase... is it likely I can qualify? I'm in San Diego, California now, and i need a bank account for depositing, checking, etc.

I'd just like to know which bank is the best, most convenient, etc. From my understanding, Bank of America is so far the worst.. I've been suggested Wells Fargo or Washington Mutual? Anyone know the differences/benefits from both banks?

I didn't have any identification to show,because my drivers license was stolen. And I didn't know it was needed at the closing. Plus, my realtor was not present . I was by myself. But the closing went on anyway. I think there was some illegal transactions that took place, but I didn't know what to say or do. Can I do anything about it now? Does the ID mean anything?

We went under. There are no offshore accounts or hidden assets. Everything was confiscated including personal property, even though we were an LLC business.
I can accept my mistakes and feel I've paid my debt to the bankruptcy courts. What I can't fathom is this relentless pursuit by the IRS. How can any entity that isn't even a part of our federal government wield so much power over the fate of the average American citizen. These people are even above our bankruptcy laws.
Am I unofficially indentured? Is it possible to end this harrassment?
