If I told you I'm giving you my commission from the sale of my product to you, would you consider my offer? ( I would, of course, give you an up-front estimate of your savings before you decided.)

I was without health insurance from September 1, 2005 until July 31, 2006. Because I didn't have continuous creditable coverage, can my current health insurance deny me benefits for pre-existing health issues such as high blood pressure?

I have wondered....When I go to work and finally get my paycheck....we all notices the large chunk missing from taxes. Most everyone agrees that it stinks working for that money then have it taken away by the Gov. Why does no one ever try and do it the other way around. Why cant the Gov. tax people on what they spend. It seems like it would balance out. If they left my work check alone, and raised taxes on products we buy like food, mountain dews @ the gas station, just whatever, why would that not work? You could even tax things like Ciggz and Alcohol more than every day products....But it seems like by raising sales tax, and letting the worker keep their paycheck without taxes being taken, people could save more money and be taxed for the things they buy, if they dont buy alot then good for them they get to save up some money. It just seems to me it would balance out if you just flipped it around.

ok, i rented out a place and when i asked about getting my deposit back they said that there was damage done to the house that they had to fix. a garbage disposal had been damaged and a lock had to be changed because they said a key had been broken off in the lock. according to them, this added up to OVER $800 ( my deposit amount ), but they have yet to give me a date the damage occurred, a photo of this key broken off in the lock, or a photo of the garbage disposal, or a single receipt showing how much it cost to replace these items. or even to prove these items actually were replaced.

i have asked numerous times and i get no answer. the jerk said that i asked again he said i'd have "hell to pay" and he would file a restraining order against me.

am i going to have to take this crook to court?

I accepted a job at a local dealership as an accountant. The pay is $35,000 to start & I have to work Monday thru Friday, 8-6, & every other Saturday 10-5. When I interviewed with the current controller & her boss, they explained that I would eventually take over the current controller's position. However, I have been there two weeks, & I have ascertained that the current controller is a TOTAL CONTROL FREAK. She has wanted me to do deposits, book deals, etc, basically the stuff the clerk does. She refuses to show me anything she does on a daily basis. Now I realize I have been there only two weeks, but I have worked for a dealership before doing the same thing. She also set up the accounting system & it must be followed EXACTLY as she has it. She lets me know daily mistakes I have made. I really do not think this lady will leave & if she does, is she going to give me autonomy or micro manage me? I think the job gives her purpose & also did I mention she is the gf of the owner?? Advice?

... after you submit the application and the screen says "your application has been approved"... would it still be possible for the card issuer to review your application again and eventually decide not to open an account for you?

(My sister and I are having a disagreement about this, so please help us settle the issue. :) THANKS!)

When Debit note & Credit note are issued?

Considering two companies account A’s (Purchases$) & B’s (Sells$), they make financial transaction within each other. When A’s updates his books what account he will debit & what account he will credit & what note he will issue. Likewise when B’s updates his books what he will debit/credit & what note he will issue.
