I have never done this kind of work before and i really want the job. I dont want to sound cheesy but i would love to work with and support people with learning difficulties

I think what you just said although who knows. It depends on who reads it. Capable people aren't too needy and give cursory answers, but that could be bad too. It's an unstable world. Here's some good sites on my interests. A couple of them might help. I think attitude, reasonable confidence with reasonable humilityand and emotional intelligence can be a big factor in the interview, in getting and in keeping a job. Intuition to think on your feet , attitude and good judgement.

if you tell the interviewer briefly , something personal about you're ambitions.
that may standout to them.
