I need to send somebody a PayPal certificate, but I'd have to make a deposit into my PayPal account first . Can I somehow make a quick and easy deposit into my PayPal account ?

is it true what i heard about that company that bought the debt really bought it and you aren't entitled to pay them or give them any info. since your businesss is with the orginal company not them? i was told all you need to do is send them a formal letter stating this right. i do understand that it would still be on a credit report but do i really owe these jerks?

It seems a major argument for people who say universal healthcare is a bad idea is that taxes would be higher. Obviously the money has to come from somewhere but currently Even if you have health coverage, you pay into it every paycheck and then have deductables and not everything is covered and you can be denied for big expenses - dont you think not paying all this would cancel out the tax raise?

I parked my car at an Imperial Park, a privately owned parking lot for work in Seattle. Because I stayed until after 6pm, I recieved a notice on my windshield to pay by mail. I put the notice in my car and did not pay it. The original parking amount was for $12.00. The next thing I recieved was a notice that this had been assigned to a collection agency. I never recieved any warning or reminder or notice that this was going to happen. The bill was $60.00. I called up "Parking Collection Service" and told them I was not going to pay $60.00 but that I would happily pay the original $12.00 fee. They said, "we will note your refusal to pay"! and then they hung up on me. I read the letter sent, and it says failure to pay may result in Further Collection Efforts. I don't know what this means, but I feel scared that this will now be on my credit report. Will it?

I live in Houston, TX and I moved out of my apartment on May 6th. They told me to wait 30 days to get my refund. It's been 3 months already but I haven't get it yet. First, they told me that they sent it to the wrong address, so they put a stop payment on the check and will send me another one. Then they said that by mistake they mailed it to the apartment I moved from (I was moving out of it and they sent it over there?? sounds ridiculous and stupid!!), so....another stop payment but this time they were going to FedEx it. When I called to let them know I haven't get it, they told me that they sent it again to a "wrong" address, so I told them that they should call FedEx and give them the tracking # and find out what happened, but no, they said that they were going to put ANOTHER stop payment and they will FedEx AGAIN. This time they'll use their own address and I have to pick it up over there, but today when I went to pick it up they said that they FedEx to me, so I'll have to wait

If we get married, will both of our tax brackets go to 15%?

I would like to open an online checking account that is free - charges no monthly maitenance fee. Also I'm looking for this online checking account to be able to be opened and maintained online only, meaning, no need to go into an actual bank local to open up and maintain the account. NetBank is a really good one and I already have a checking account with them, but they charge me an $8.00 monthly maintenace fee and so I'd like to see if there's a bank available that offers totally free checking and with the other requirements I mentioned above.

What do you do when you send out a bill to a customer and it continues to come back saying "unable to forward". The county records show this person owns the house and switchboard.com shows this to be the persons residence. They have no house phone. The address is correct.
