Its a scam, its been going on for months, how can you not have heard of it,everyone knows about it.
I get loads of them every day,if you have given your bank details they will be emptying it now.
You wont be able to take any action against them, they simply disappear.
If its not your bank details, they usually want money up front to release your money !!

Ignore it, it sounds really dodgy.I had a spate of emails stating that I had won money or they had cheques waiting for me. I think its a scam to get money and your personal details off you. If you have any details about the firm contact your local trading standards. Incidentally, my dad had a letter through the post a few months ago from a supposed firm of solicitors in Spain saying he had won a Spanish lottery because he had recently purchased travel insurance from a leading UK insurance firm covering a recent holiday. They stated if he sent them XXX amount of money to cover 'admin' costs they would release the cheque. He contacted the insurance firm and they said it was a scam and that they had been inundated with queries about it.

None of those scams are for real. It's just a spam e-mail. Please don't send them any money. If it was genuine 1. you would have heard of freelotto and known how it works and 2. they wouldn't need $700 off you.

Do Not Pay, this is a scam, any ligament company would never ask for a payment before delivery, remember "if it sounds to good to be true, it normally is" do not send them money as this is a scam, so you have been warned.

There is no free lotto.
There are three types of lottery
1) The type where you buy a ticket
2) Promotional draws where they are trying to sell you something
3) Scams to make you pay a delivery charge.
Guess which one you've got.

They are just trying their luck, looking for someone daft enough to fall for their scam. Don't let it be you!
A reputable company just wouldn't behave in this way. Mark the email as spam, then delete it.

It's a scam, you didn't win anything and they are trying to dupe you out of the $700. Send it, and you won't get your "prize".
