Never heard of them in transport but I am in the North.
They have a business address registered on 192 so it does appear to be legit. ( http://www.192.com/local/CLERKENWELL,_LONDON/COURIERS/INTERCONTINENTAL_COURIER_EXPRESS_LTD/XEE87E18EAF664E24906B37B68F73108D )

Many advanced fee frauds ('lottery wins', 'inheritance' ' business samples', 'cheque cashing' == see wikipedia 419 scams) try to get you to pay fees to Courier Services ...

The Courier Service may well be legit.

However you can be sure that any money you part with in advance will NEVER end up with any legit. Courier service ..
