Turn it in to any law enforcement agency...police, sheriff's department, FBI.

You won't get him off the Internet - his ISP might cancel his account, but he could have another account and identity by the next day.

You could report it to the police, but the usually only go after major offenders like pedophiles trying to lure kids.

You need to send them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (otherwise known as IC3). This is run by the FBI, and will tell you everything you need to know to file a complaint.

http://www.ic3.gov/

However, unless he actually defrauded you personally I am not sure if there is much they can do.

To report

fraud directly to the Federal Trade Commission, call 1-877-FTC-HELP, or

go to www.ftc.gov.

my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country or Accept

checks from strangers and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you

risk losing your $$ and your mind.
