I've had a first and second interview for a position that I really want. They requested a copy of my transcripts and have called my references and previous employers. However, it's been a month since my first interview and I haven't received a letter or anything.

Many Americans pay Federal taxes every year. I do as part of my "Fair Share" into the system. I've read of the people in New Hampshire, and many Ex-IRS agents are starting to come forward and claiming that Fed Taxes are illegal and unconstitutional for the "in-country" citizen. They claim that it was never ratified or written into law. Some jurors in tax evasion cases were threatened by the FEDs to rule in their favor or they would face some type of backlash. These people are not evading anything...their jurors in a court case. One group offered anyone 50,000dollars for anyone to prove that the income tax was legal, and enforceable. It's been several years and no one has been able to claim the money. In all cases in court you would think that the court would allow the tax code as written to be used as evidence in the case. I've learned through the"freedom of information act"that in ALL cases that the court would not allow it to be looked at or even admitted into court. What's up people?

I am a general practitioner, and I have a private clinic where I give medical services to people. I have registered to an academic website where they wanted me to fill an electronic application with full true information, during this application I filled an option as (not employed) , based on the fact that I have my private clinic and I am not working to an employer. Is that a wrong option done? Can I be considered as (employed)? Please tell me.

A parent who can't qualify for a loan gets the eighteen-year-old daughter to take out the loan (ultimately two loans) with a family friend as co-signer. Parent takes more than is needed for school and uses a lot of the money himself, but assures her that he will pay the loans in full. But, whenever he gets upset with her, he threatens to stop paying the loans (which she can't pay; she's just starting to pay off the other school loans that were going to be her responsibility).

Is there a way to get the loans switched to his name (with his consent) without applying for a new loan to pay of the existing two?

This is not a good thing for yahoo to allow at there personals site once they are made aware of this. I truly hope that this person is stopped before more people are allowed to be scammed. I'm 17 yrs old and my ex-stepdad (who my mother just divorced) is moving back in. He's not a good step-father AT ALL. My mom doesn't believe me, but I'm almost positive he likes me... He would call me "hot" and such when he would be drunk and try to get in my room while I would be changing. He didn't approve of my boyfriend so he broke us up and he has never given me a reason why. I was absolutely ecstatic when my mom divorced him, but, like I said, he's moving back in at the end of this month. He's been over before and I REALLY don't want to feel awkward and uncomfortable in my own house, 24/7! I'll be 18 in a about 3 1/2 months (on Nov. 2nd) and my mom knows I don't like him, and she said it was O.K. if I moved out and that she would help me with furniture and car insurance. I have maybe $750 in my bank account and I plan to go to community college. What else do I need to know? How much do you think I would need to make to survive? Where should I live? What job would you suggest?

I am in the process of forming a non profit in NC. Since I was able to view completed Articles of Inc. on the NC Secretary of State site I was wondering if there is a website where I could view the paperwork (1023, 990, etc) involved in the 501(c)3 process.

I am interested in viewing completed applications. Assuming that a tax-exempt organization is open to scrutiny, because of its status, I would think that one would be able to view these forms in their entirety, as opposed to instructions and blank forms provided by irs.gov.

Past incorrect answers have been:

Form 990
www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f990.pdf
instructions
www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i990-ez.pdf

See Application for Exemption
www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1023.pdf

explanation of requirements:

IRS Publication 557 ""Tax Exempt Status for Your Organization"
www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p557.pdf

These are blank not completed forms.

My company has started disciplinary proceedings against me, for something that happened out side of my contracted working hours and not at work or in relation to anyone I work with. I was on my way to work when I had an arguement with a member of the public over a non work related issue. They complained to my company, they only knew where I worked because I had my work shirt on. I don't believe this is fair but can't find any information on the limitations to contracts and when they apply.

I want to become and Ultrasound technician and have run into multiple problems. I live in Atlanta GA and have found only one school that offers it. I don't trust that they are accredited nor do I wish to recieve a diploma so I have ruled them out. My problem is I was told that I must first take an associates program in Radiological Technology (X-Ray Tech) before I can take the Ultrasound program anywhere. Is that even true? Is there not school in Atlanta, or Georgia for that matter, that lets me take Ultrasound Technology without forcing me to take Radiology Technology first? I was told that Ultrasound tech programs can be finished in 9 months... At this rate its going to take four years ON TOP of the fact that I already have an associate's degree. Help!!
