I want to tell them he refuses to pay me or return my calls. I want them to know what a scumbag he is. Can he turn around and sue me for talking to the people he does business with and telling them the truth? I am a property appraiser in Florida. I plan on going after his accounts once I pass the state exam this week.

When I graduated from IT some years back, I didn't get a job in IT. The market was bad. I ended doing other jobs. Lately, I was also unemployed due to the economic conditions.

However, in the meantime, I have also taken short courses to keep myself up to date such as MCSA or MCSE or CCNA or Oracle.

Do you think I can now go back to the IT field after 3 to 4 years? What do you think my chances are?

Is there a way I can calculate a combined interest rate on all my debt? Example - paying mortgage $1500/month at 6%, credit card for $250/month at 20%, credit card for $300/month at 30%, car loan for $350/month at 8%, student loan at $200/month at 7.50% - is there a way to combine all of the debt and figure out what the interest rate is on the combined debt?

What will happen to empty propertys that new century has foreclosed on? There is a home in my area that I know is empty and has been since foreclosure. Will New Century sell those off, it has not even been advertised for sale since foreclosure. If the taxes don't get paid the town will lien and then foreclose after 18 months. Any suggestions on how to gain one of these homes?

This is obviously for the personal contribution to find out the gross contribution when the tax rebate is added back in. It will help settle a little mathematical argument between friends!!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me in layman's terms what is the value of the US Dollar when compared to other major countires. I have tried using those dollar converters but became even more puzzled. If anyone could share information on how much a single US Dollar would be worth in other major countries, that would be great. Someone said that our dollar would actually double in Mexico yet it would be worth only about 75 cents in Canada. If there is anyway to see the truth in this statment, I would surely appreciate your feedback....thanks one and all!!!

P.S. Can anyone also share with me exactly how much our US Dollar would be worth in major countries such as Great Britain, Japan, Korea, India, South Africa, Venezuela, France, Brazil, Germany, Russia, Argentina, Chile, Egypt and China??? This information alone would be a great help....thanks again!!!

I'm a nursing student and I work at a hospital close to my home. Lately I've been having trouble getting into work on time (or sometimes at all). My boss just called me to go into her office and requested that I bring a union rep with me. I think they're going to fire me..

Do I qualify for unemployment? I've been working there part time for 2.5 years. at the moment I'm working as a student extern at another hospital for the summer so it's a temporary position. Would this interfere with collecting? what about school? I go to school part time (but full time hours) and won't be able to look for another job.. would this affect my ability to collect?
i'm so scared because I can't afford to not have a job and I can't afford to work during school....
btw - I live and work in new jersey.

OK so my husband and I purchased a timeshare last August.

SOO far and it seems like all travelling that we'll be doing under it is for business.

Can I write it off as a business expense? What about 30 years from now when we're old and retired and still using it, it'll be long paid off but will it cause issues?
