i've got mine in a week's time for a customer service officer's role (retail banking)..need help with the questions and interview procedure..ANY tips are welcome.

just make sure you make out like the customer is the most important thing in the universe and youll be ok

make a point of showing youd work above and beyond the call of duty - they like enthusiasm and drive

Treat the customer how you would like to be treated. Mention the phrase treating customer fairly - this is a major focus in finical service at the moment. Making sure that you recommend the right products, that are most suitable for customer. Also things such going the extra mile for the customer, listen, understand what the customer wants. These are things when I am interviewing for this type of role I what to hear about. Also someone with proactive nature that does wait to be told what to do all the time.
Good luck - remember its potential that a lot of interviews are looking for, especially at branch level.

Just walk in and say to the interviewer "I will be sat in that chair in 3 months time"make sure you wear flat shoes they are bound to throw you out.....
