I bought a house with my brother and I want out, he's willing to keep the property but we cannot afford refinancing. please help!!!!

Is being an accountant boring??.....i just want to know because i am taking an accounting class as an elective and for me it is soo boring..always plugging in number and then adding them up....any accountants out there disagree with me please feel free to comment...i am not here to make fun of accountants ....i just want to know what you may have to say...thank you.

I started my job 2 weeks at a fast food place at a place called Good Times.
I saw newly hired people got put on the register, so I applied there.
From day 1, I've been working in the kitchen, except one day they trained me on the register and on that's the only day I've worked on the register, which was last week. I haven't been working on the register since, and all the other teenage kids get to.

I HATE working in the kitchen. I am usually in charge of the fries and ice cream. I always burn myself on the fries, today, I got 2 big burns on my arm/hand.

I mess up alot, like dropping the fries, or missing an order on the screen and having to make it late. The manager hates me, she jokes around and is friendly with the rest of the staff but whenever she talks to me, she always is serious, angry, or has a grumpy look on her face. If I ask her to switch my positions, I'll probably get fired (> A <)
I want to quit, but if I do, i'll have a bad reccomendation for my next job

I would like to pursue in the entertaiment field,I was thinking about modeling but realize how modeling isn't a stable job.I would like something I can pursue once I graduate High school.Something that will maintain me and allow me to become an independent successful women.
I'm going to be a Junior in high school on August.

You know in Fashion catwalks you notice a bunch of people either viewing or doing their jobs I will like to become part of that,what is a good paying job in the entertainment field please suggest.

I live in Miami but willing to move to New York if so.

A couple of my friends that are in there 30's are thinking about going back to college to get there bachelors degree. They are thinking about going to college full time. While they would be going to college full time they wouldn't be working at a job. If they where to apply for a job at a new company would there new employer would question them about not having a job while attending college full time?

2 hours away and are late almost every month on the payment. They are refusing to put the cars into their own name. How can I get off the loan before my credit is ruined? Also, when I left he wanted the house so I left it to him. my name is only on the deed not the mortgage. then he decides he doesn't want the house sells everything out of it and moves. He hasn't paid the mortgage now the house is going under foreclosure. The lawyer says my credit will suffer the forclosure as well even though the loan isn't in my name! I had given him a quit claim deed to sign 3 months ago of course he hasn't signed. I feel my generosity is coming back to bite me in the butt. Any suggestions?

i want a unsecured credit card that i will get approved no matter what and not have to pay anything to get it activated and to use it, for instance imagine card makes you use a banking account and pay the 5 bux before you can use it. is there any credit cards that you get approved no matter what and not have to pay a proccessing fee?

Should we get a new Agent? And then make an offer? Don't really want to deal w/ Countrywide. I feel that if we are already Pre-qualified that we do not need to do it again. House is a repo by Countrywide and I think this is just a way for them to keep it in their portfolio. Agent says that we "must prequalify through Coutrywide" because that is what it says on the MLS service. Anybody have any input?

I am in a partnership for a small company in the bay area. Recently my partner and I received parking tickets. His parking ticket was issued because he parked before a No Parking sign to get the company mail from our P.O. Box. The sign was removed the next day after receiving the ticket. I received my ticket from parking in a red zone to complete a big commecial job. Our equipment for doing these jobs our mounted in the truck. So in order to complete any work the truck must be withing about 50 feet of the main entrance. The question is should the company pay for both of our tickets or are we individually responsible for the tickets on a case by case bases.

i was unemployed for 15 months and a friend loaned me 10000.00 to keep me going . I am back at work but i need to pay back this debt and now my credit sucks because both my wife and i were unemployed. Our credit cards got behind but we were able to keep the house up and our carnote current and we are both back at work but now my friend is having rough times and needs the money fast. Do any of yall see any alternitives since my parents are unable to help and i am scared to borrow against my house. my interest rate is 6% on my house and if i refianance i was told it could go up to 10 to 18 %

it was an investment property for her & her renters did her really wrong (long story) & she just went through a bout of cancer & a lengthy hospital stay. She ended up losing the house. She had 2 mortgages on the house & the 2nd mortgage company is contacting her now telling her they are going to put a lien on her primary residence. By law can they legally do that? What would be her best line of defense against this company? Is bankruptcy the only way out? She does not have the money to pay this as she is single & lives paycheck to paycheck. Any other ideas or suggestions? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
