I am a general practitioner, and I have a private clinic where I give medical services to people. I have registered to an academic website where they wanted me to fill an electronic application with full true information, during this application I filled an option as (not employed) , based on the fact that I have my private clinic and I am not working to an employer. Is that a wrong option done? Can I be considered as (employed)? Please tell me.

I imagine you a PC? professional Corp. as most doctors? Then you are employed by the corp. So, you do have a job.

If it's just a website registration, I wouldn't worry about it.

You could put "self-employed"
