You're not doing anything wrong, apart from you are not getting any offers.

In today's world you must know which employers are wanting 16 year olds, because, to be honest, from an employers perspective 16 year olds can be a bit of a pain in the butt. I'm not sure if it is still the case, but unless you were in retailing by 16 then you were out. Other industries, expect applicants to have a degree. 16 year olds don't have degrees.

Have a rethink of what you want from your life, and look at your whole life not just your job. At your age you should be swotting like mad, having fun, and learning the foibles of the opposite sex, not wearing yourself out job hunting.

Mind you a Saturday Job would be a good idea, and your best chance is word of mouth, like you know someone who has a job but has to give it up.

Lastly do you know how much the top employee gets paid? It is just enough to enable her to go home pay a few bills and have to come back to work again to get money to pay a few more.

Walk into McDonalds.. Anyone and everyone can get a job there.. And if you have ever worked before (even a lemonade stand) you qualify for management!

It might not be your fault that you're not gettin hired. alot of places prefer hiring people at 18 instead of 116 (trust me, i know. i'm 16 and tryin to get a job too). but jus keep doin wat ur doin and u'll get a job eventually
