If it's a business that requires startup money, and almost every business does, the answer is simple - you don't. Save some money first, or see if you can borrow enough from friends and relatives. You might be able to get a business loan from a bank or other lender if you have good credit, a solid business plan, and look like you'll be able to pay it back.

You will need money. BUT. The important thing to think about is where you get it.
A loan from a bank, credit cards, personal saving are all options.
What I did when I started my company was have it financed by my customers and vendors. My customers paid me money up front for their orders and my vendors gave me 60 day terms.
I never spent a dime of my own money.
That was eight years ago and the company is profitable and growing.

I am sure you'll get a lot of heart felt answers here on this question so I won't bother giving you one of these. The simple truth is that you can't start a business with no money. You have to get it somewhere.
