Me and a friend want to rent a apartment but we are not sure if we can do that cause I heard that sometimes that isn't alowed.

The plan is that I get the apartment than he move in later on. ]]
Oh we are college student that don't make much so we can't get a 2 room apartment cause that will be like almost 500 each or near there. Anyways we live in CA.

I applied for a car loan through my credit union. It was approved for 80% financing through payroll. What does all this mean as i am still young. Do i have to come up with the 20% at one time??or will payments get drafted from my account whenever i get paid?

I am thinking of looking for a small starter home. There are some in my area that I estimate land in my affordablity- I make about 28k per year and I found a great house for about 93k. Just wondering if someone can walk me through the process and give very very rough estimates at what kind of expenses to expect.

I'm a resident of Texas. I'm purchasing a car in Connecticut. The dealer price I'm paying includes "TT&L", but I'm not sure if I'd even have to pay sales tax in that state anyway... If i'm purchasing the car in Connecticut and driving it back to Texas, would I have to pay sales tax in Texas when I register the car?

I had a part time job. During that time, I found out how nice it was to have my own money. I quit in October and have officially run out of money.. nothing was saved for University texts or tuition. I have a Health Internship this summer and will earn a flat fee of 2000 dollars - is there any way to keep the money from ever reaching my hands? I've suggested my parents set up a savings account from me that I can't access, but there might be better ways that actually teach me to save, instead of constantly spending on frivolous things.. I hate that I do, but I can't seem to stop. Any suggestions that could help me save for my future? I'm 16 right now, and have an (empty) chequeing account with my bank.

I recently got a job waitressing and I like it a lot. The only thing is, when the restaurant gets busy I get a little overwhelmed and mess up an order here and there, leave tables unbussed or neglect/ forget a table in order to cater to a bigger table. Can anyone offer me any advice on juggling tables for busy nights?

One of my managers in particular has not been too pleased with me, despite the fact that I'm new and I am trying. In fact, it bothers her so much that I've been scheduled for only one shift next week. I dread going in to work because I'm afraid she's going to be the manager on for my shift. I *hate* being in the doghouse but unless she starts to see some improvement I won't see anymore shifts, moreorless the shifts I want. I just wish to do my job--do it right--and get her off my back.

Can anyone offer me any advice on handling my manager as well?

I *refuse* to give her the satisfaction of me resigning. I know I can do better.

I need 200 dollars and don't care about the interest rate at all I would pay them back 200 extra if I can get a loan this Monday. But what banks are easier when giving out loans does credit matter? And what about to students would they consider a no if your a student? Am 19 in college.

I"m working for a temp agency. The assignment i'm on has a very good shot of going perm. If it does can I be legally liable if I should quit the temp agency and go direct to new job as full time and not have them get their fee for sending me there?
